With all products we sell comes support.  From project consumables, to network protocols, to CNC machining, we are always ready to help!  We recognize that the investment any school makes in our products and services is a major commitment to a successful partnership.  We place great emphasis on supporting your programs!

Our technical support staff has 5 field representatives and 3 additional phone support members to assist our customers with most of their product related questions.  Via our toll-free phone line, our e-mail address, or our online support form, we can communicate readily to provide assistance as soon as we receive a request.  We will always address your needs as quickly as we can, either by our in-house support team or by contacting the appropriate manufacturer.

Service

As demands in technology education has increased so has our product line.  Multiple labs and machines can can take a lot of effort to maintain and we know as educators your focus is on teaching the next generation, not spending your time reinstalling software or troubleshooting a machine.  All of our products come with a one year warranty and many of our products have an optional warranty period that can be purchased.  In addition, we also offer a yearly Service Maintenance Contract that covers several visits for any help you may require, including reinstallation, repair, and training.  Click the link below to view, print and save the form.
