A more powerful laser and enhanced scanning speed delivers parts at up to two times the rate as previous generations. Add a second removable build chamber to start a new print within 1-2 hours after your first production round finishes. Designers can now go from design to finished part as quickly as overnight.
The advanced packing algorithm and improved refresh rates of the Fuse 1+ 30W results in an entirely circular workflow. The Automatic powder mixing in the Fuse Sift dispenses and mixes new and used powder automatically. All of your powder will be used to create parts – with little to no waste.

The Fuse Sift is a safe, efficient powder recovery system for the Fuse Series. This easy-to-use, all-in-one station combines part extraction, powder recovery, storage, and mixing in a single free-standing device, for the most functionality in a single device available on the SLS market.
