Available in two sizes, the latest SG3 series printer/cutters incorporate a host of enhanced features to improve ease of use and overall performance. A new 7-inch LCD control panel allows for intuitive and quick access to features such as media setup, automated maintenance, auto-calibration, and more. Physical design changes allow for easier media loading and improved media tracking, while software enhancements further improve the already stunning image quality that Roland DG TrueVIS machines are known for.

7-Inch LCD Control Panel – The newly designed Control Panel allows users to intuitively access media setup and other menu options with ease. Nozzle check, blade adjustment and automated calibration features can also be accessed using the touch screen.
Automated Media Calibrations – Make finely tuned adjustments when changing out media from one application to the next with the new automatic gap adjustment feature. The TrueVIS optical registration technology determines gaps, adjusts and calibrates automatically, allowing you to simply walk away while the printer does the work.
Media Take-Up System – A newly designed media take-up system is included with the SG3 Series printer/cutters. This take-up has been redesigned for greater ease of use, while also expanding the roll sizes that the system can accommodate.
Improved Media Handling – Redesigned to provide more stability, increased accuracy, easier setup, and less media skewing over print production. Load media faster and easier with the wider rear opening and one-touch media holder. Use any size tube with the fully adjustable end cap. Two modes handle everything from thin films to heavy canvas materials.
